Dr. Inwards was once a renowned genius in the field of exotic energy and alien biology. Arrogant and obsessed with pushing the boundaries of scientific discovery, he spearheaded an investigation into a crashed alien vessel. During his unauthorized analysis, he was exposed to intense, unstable radiation from an unknown dimension—forever altering his biology and mind.

The result was The Tumor: a grotesque entity caught in a permanent cycle of regenerative decay. His body is constantly dying and rebuilding itself, turning him into a walking engine of destruction, entropy, and mutation. His flesh splits and heals within moments, leaving trails of corrosive, diseased biomass wherever he goes.

But the outer shell is not the worst of him.

Inside Dr. Inwards grows an inner self—a perfected version of himself, forged from alien logic and psychic corruption. This "core being" speaks to him from within, waiting to violently birth itself through the husk of the man he once was. Dr. Inwards knows that if this inner entity ever emerges, it will be unstoppable, embodying his worst traits, desires, and intellect without any restraint or humanity.
